Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is required 30 days from date of Invoice. All payments must be made to the Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa (MVSSA).

2. No seat will be reserved unless the MVSSA receives a signed registartion form.

3. The MVSSA reserves the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to change speakers, programme, content, data and venue

4. The signed registration form is legally binding

5. Delegates must Inform MVSSA in writting of any substitutions. There is no charge for substitutions.

6. The MVSSA is not laible for travel & accommodation of delegates. The costs only include material, lunches and refreshments.
