The purpose of the Forum is for Occupational Hygienists that serve mining and non-mining industries to share their respective learnings. In his opening speech at the Mine Health and Safety Summit Minister Mantashe urged delegates to improve on health and safety. He took time to go around and meet all the exhibitors including the MVSSA. What were your impressions of the Summit?

MVSSA Council at the launch of the SAIOH Mining Forum

Members of the MVSSA Council presented and attended the launch of the SAIOH Mining Forum. The purpose of the Forum is for Occupational Hygienists that serve mining and non-mining industries to share their respective learnings.

MVSSA Council member received recognition

Mr Bruce Doyle received recognition for his contribution to Mine Health and Safety.  Minister Gwede Mantashe presented the award to Mr Doyle at the recent Mine Health and Safety Summit.
